Workshops & Special Events
Our workshops are intimate events that cover an ever changing variety of topics. Each workshop begins with a nutrition/food based exercise and sampling, followed by a seated workbook session, diving deep into life topics and creating action steps to move forwards towards your goals. Last segment is a physical exercise, from mat pilates, to stress breathing to fashion Q+A.
